True dat. I have certainly hit a few probably on momentum alone. But if one is not careful you can flush it all back down the toilet.

That being said, I think a few deals here have been pretty bogus no matter what the original intentions and who the parties were.

IMO, this is not one of them. It is probably the best development ever for this stock. the pps does not yet reflect it obviously.
