Ptc, the only way I see out

is if the convertibles were all bought by

Nanobeak, and then they maintain private

control of the public market by selling

more selectively. Is that right? How does

that bode here? I don't see the value for

us in any of it. The caprices of the private

company controls a public group? I'm not

sure how that dynamic would work, if at all...
