My guess is that they are counting on

the news being "super-big", which it has the

potential to be, but you'll be riding the peon parade

with your now-tiny fraction of shares.

And imo they won't care if the stock tanks;

They'll show off their warrants and RS again,

as your memory fades of how they do "business"

with honest investors. New hosts, new blood.

Lather rinse repeat.
