CACH - Thanks for sharing. Here is one more CACH bankruptcy document for your collection - the latest progress report that they submitted to the courts for the period ending September 30, 2015:

Obviously payments were still being handed out through October and November plus the attorneys had to be paid.

Fact is there is nothing left of CACH. Nothing to invest in. My guess is they will just abandon the shell and ignore whatever debts they couldn't pay. Probably the SEC eventually suspends the ticker and revokes it, but if they let it sit long enough as a zombie ticker maybe in 3 or 4 years somebody will hijack the ticker and try to use it for something.
