OK, thnx...just seems odd that the Court would go along (ie not necessarily give their blessing) with assets stripped out, leaving the liabilities without some sort of distribution to the creditors. You would think that the liabilities would be extinguished if assets were sold. I guess the term bk "dismissed" is confusing. It is like the bk got rejected. Creditors sh\be pissed if that's the case.
