OTCBB and OTCLink co-existed for years. Just as a NYSE stock can trade on platforms other than the NYSE, same with an OTC stock. OTCBB stocks can certainly trade on OTC Link.

Yes. But FINRA said very specifically that since nobody wanted to be "OTCBB" exclusively--there were only about five companies left--they were shutting it down. And as far as I know, they did, on 17 November 2014.

When MM's are filing a 15c2-11 to designate SEC filers as OTCBB to disassociate them from the mostly non-reporting trash on the OTC.

I certainly haven't seen any cases of that.

I suppose I could call FINRA tomorrow to ask about it.
