ATM...think of it this way...if SVMI went bankrupt we are screwed, we have lost everything....BUT with Cornell at least we have a chance to trade some shares and hopefully break even
But then if SVMI does deliver ie nr on production or sales
then who knows...we may have a chance to make some money
this is my plan

for the record....I certainly wish there was NO Cornell deal, but we do not control that so we have to figure out with the cards we are dealt how to make $$$$$$
