I hear you. I was looking forward to reading it too. As far as I can tell, it was merely an objection to Etrade's objection. So it's hard to see what about it could be "confidential". It's Etrade that has the confidential information COR wants.

Maybe it's time for shareholders to complain again. After all, this potentially affects them.
