From 10Q:

"During the period from inception, August 13, 2002, to March 31, 2006, we have not generated any revenue from operations. As of March 31, 2006, we have accumulated net losses in the development stage of $250,340,256 for the period from inception, August 13, 2002, to March 31, 2006."
