Thank you for your response. I believe there is plenty written about minority shareholder oppression and dilution. A west law search should bring you to thousands of cases which must show remedy.

Nothing adds up with this financing-absolutely nothing. The amount of shares/warrants to be issued is absolutely ridiculous! If the BOD goes along with the terms of this financing, they are no doubt in my mind negligent/incoherent/derelict in their duties as corporate officers.

Why not issue another 250M shares on the open market? I strongly believe the question which should be addressed is, HOW MUCH MONEY WAS MADE on the sale of stock in the past 4 months and did the money go to Savi Media? Was this amount more then their current financing deal? Why did they not attempt to sell more shares on the open market?

In my entire life I have never seen such a horrible financing deal that totally oppressed the minority shareholders of this company like I did with this financing deal. Leaves me totally speechless.
