I know Kodiak well but since there is a floor on the financing deal there is nothing toxic.
Regarding the patent. Not sure what your point is. That the whole business is fake because of some patent application that you don't like? I really don't want to persuade you here, I'm just telling you, you can't compare this company here with all the dozens of marihuana scams out there.
