I have read many of the fake patent applications in the MMJ sector and it was obvious to the patent examiner that the applicant didn't have a clue about the process in which he was applying for a patent.
It seems you haven't researched Kodiak very well - they are OTCM pumpers and toxic financiers.
If the Kodiak deal is real - the funds would be available immediately.
