Johnny - with respect - your assessment here is incorrect.

They have a partner, called world governments

While world Governments, NGOs like WHO, and such have the potential to throw money at the problem (and potentially HEB),... HEB still has to have somebody lined up (or has to have those Governments or NGOs line up for them) somebody to do the testing.

Period.

It would have been wiser to bust ass getting one or more of these organizations quietly behind HEBs effort,.... get the ducks in a row,... and then make a definitive, milestone-studded, PR that actually says something and not this piece of fluff.

I, for one, appreciate the status report, the various options they have with both drugs and two delivery systems each and that they are indeed considering Zika and that they are in discussions with government.

Please point out to me where - in this piece of fluff does it make any definitive statement that "they are in discussions with government".

They may - indeed - be in such discussions,... I would hope that they are,... but nowhere here does it make that statement.
