Loophole

I only wanted to have the chipmakers not make chips and sell them

to the thieves. No one would force anyone to pay IDCC just I

don't like the thought of Intel or any chipmaker helping any

company use my technology to fight to not pay me. If we are so

stupid as to worry if we make a company mad that is stealing I

personally don't care. We are in the business for us to make

money on what we develop. Predicated on the post here why would

anyone pay us, as it might make them mad.


If you buy anything you do it either because you need it or you

want it. You don't buy it because you are big friends and just

want to be nice. Just ask the chipmaker not to sell chips with

your technology that is not licensed. If that is not reasonable

then let them be mad.
