Once again any attempt to link Kimmons, our super popular Ex-CEO of the OLD company, to the ESCU operations is useless because S-1 page 11 clearly shows Kimmons is not involved with the new company :)

I know before departing from the OLD company in 2013, he helped bring in the new management team, the new plan, and the great product line before he left and for that I am forever grateful.
