Good Morning all, can we all just take a quick breather here for a moment please? First i am an investor and a long like anyone else who has shares and did not write them off even jd is in for a grand i believe, (feel free to correct) tho i also think he said in general he was actually up over the long term. we are longs for 2 reasons 1 there's no bid, or 2 if there was a bid you would still hold and not sell. I am going to put out my list of facts and hopefully not get to flamed by either camp here, but first i would just ask the kindness or favor of this to be stopped calling this a scam to me a scam is an empty shell being pumped mhys is not that they are actually helping produce and putting out real movies and that cannot be denied. Is this a bad investment well as it stands right now i cannot say it's a good one, and i sure as heck wouldn't try to get my mother to buy into it or a friend or dump my shares on someone just to get out.
Jd has some valid facts and some strong beliefs and opinions as well as do dc and farmer and well everyone posting. fact I do not believe this board is going to make this stock move one way or another nor are there new investors looking to jump in nor do i care, I mean these boards are really to discuss the companies both bad and good points and we all pretty much have them clear as a bell right now and that's without audited financials anv verifiable prs and profit/loss statements we really no nothing some of us have hope I do hope this will pull up but no one can guarantee it will.
At the same time no one can 100 % say this company will never ever ever turn a profit you may feel it you may have past and current performance but no one here has a crystal ball that shows the future it could happen or any of the put out to the board theories could also happen as well but no one knows we need filings we need numbers we need to get reinstated or merged or bought out or anything but really we cannot 100% go either way on what will be. I was pleasantly shocked and surprised sunday when i was on a friends radio show and there were 2 people in the stations irc chat room that i know as gamers from vid games over the last 12 years or so had not only heard of heist but were saying they were going to either rent it or stream it they are not the pirating type of people even tho they know how to do it they do not believe in it i did say i felt it was worth the watch but it wasn't the best movie ever but watchable. and i fell that it was if i felt it was utter crap i would have told them. All we can do at this time is wait and hope but if dan does not do something soon even the longest of us may lose hope. I propose to the board that we neither cheer nor bash the company if a new investor pops in and asks a question then by all means both sides give all the facts for them to make a more informed decision can we try this for a bit folks? both sides seem to be reasonable people with strong opinions on where this will head but neither side can 100% predict the future only what is the now there are my feelings on the facts and opinions all we can do is wait and see just let the board go quiet until there is something tangible to see and read from the company. and by all means if someone comes asking yes provide all the information both sides but we don't really need to be playing this game of hot potato with it back and forth between each other all day there's far better things to focus on until something happens. I normally would not even ask this on a stock but its the same posters both sides I have enough reading and research to do daily as I'm sure you all do as well and it would so reduce my headache from having to read thru all the board posts daily can we adopt a wait and see and if questions from new investors then inform i would be very grateful.
Thank you all for your time
