Drilling gives the illusion that they will someday be a mine. Get a friend to drill and pay him to do it. Its actually quite a small investment compared to the exorbitant fees paid in the same period
Spend 50k on drilling get paid 200k in fees.
"Oops sorry. The fees we charged ourselves accidently made the company broke. We will need to sell some shares to get operational cash because we have fees to pay if we are to continue forward"

Take a look at the penny stocks in mining. They ALL drill holes. And 99% are scams. You think the CEOs are stupid to pay for drilling and pump the story to sell shares into? Like SRSR the management makes a fortune of drilling holes with no intent to mine. Or is it that like SRSR they ALL intend to mine and none that drill are scams?
