They did?

"In total, WERBEL received more than $300,000 and KHAN received more than $100,000 in undisclosed kickbacks from DURANTE for inducing clients to invest in private shares of VGTL...The charges were brought in connection with the President’s Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force."
