Delay? Well, the defendants counter claimed, after trying to have the thing tossed, etc. Discovery argued about. Etc. All within rights. But I don't see anything in the record that says Tmmi sought to put off anything.

The thing is though, even if no one is trying, litigation can take years. Pull up any random case on google, and take a look at dates related to the subject matter. And some think military procurement contracts take awhile!

For a long time, readers here were told this lawsuit was a mere fly in the ointment. Now it's everything.
