I don't know of any injunctions that have been granted/ordered. He has a different understanding of reality here. Because the plaintiff requests it means nothing until the court rules on it. To my knowledge there's been no such ruling. Why would there be? Gonzales hasn't ruled on anything. As she stated a long, long time ago, "I'm going to give them enough rope to hang themselves."

All request for extensions (except one for H.P. being added) have come from TMMI... as well as four versions of laying out their lawsuit (original and three amendments). I don't think TMMI wants this to go to trial. I believe TMMI thought that Dimension would roll over like the previous lawsuit defendants did.
