I'm going to violate my new year's resolution, by posting on a day other than a Tuesday, to ask this question ---

Which delays have been sought by Tmmi? I think I agree with much of what you say, but I don't see examples of delays requested by Tmmi. They sued. There were efforts to non suit. There was a debate about discovery scope, and a counter claim, and an added party, and the first trial was adjourned to complete expanded discovery. The new date for trial hasn't changed.

It's a serious question, and I'm not trying to be argumentative. I'm also very skeptical about the prospects or aims of the suit. But I'm not convinced Tmmi has dragged its heels.

PS I also don't know anything about these mythical injunctions.
