It is very common for penny stock CEO's to wear multiple hats until a company grows enough (profitable) to warrant hiring specific people to become CFO's, CEO's, HR mgr, etc.

The whole key to the near term share price to increase is for the Chinese deal to be intact. I could give a rats ass on the day to day price fluctuations other than to buy more shares if the price drops a bit.

Come January and the China deal gains traction the CDNL shareholders are golden. Once we get past .10 cents the little penny traders will be gone and out of our hair !
