It's actually $2 million worth of shares already sold. If the raise is 60 cents that's 3,333,333 shares sold and a million dollars worth left to sell, or another 1,666,666 shares.
I'd bet there are warrants, too. Always have been in the past. Not sure of the pricing but maybe around a buck if I had to guess. Maybe DLucky or Walter can confirm?
