I don't think it would happen that way but here are the numbers:

Since 9/21 -- 18,395,493 shares
Since 9/22 -- 17,704,003
21-Sep -- 691,490
22-Sep -- 980,344

The 8-K came out on the 22nd but there was elevated volume on the 21st.
