Now that this topic is being discussed, I'm curious as to the total volume of stock traded since the ND announcement.

What if the 4 months was giving ND time to accumulate shares for a buyout. I think with managements stock and options, they are short about 20 million from reaching 51% ownership. We've seen some large block buying as of late (250k blocks).
