Milken was one of the ones who managed to pull it off. And even then he did a couple of years for it.

Who knows what his game plan was since even the Feds never were able to get a handle on it.

The guy is still a crook.

As far as SAC is concerned he probably learned from Milken and remains untouchable.

He certainly doesn't have a stellar list of ex-employees who worked for him.
