VPOR is an SEC registrant that's delinquent. It hasn't filed a financial report with the SEC since its 10-K for fiscal 2014. So if it's planning a corporate action, that corporate action may be denied by FINRA.

And if the company continues with its delinquency, the SEC may decide to revoke registration. In that case, it would never trade again.
