Prison is an incubator for fraud. It is strange that Pinaki would name is CPA firm after his first name and not his last name. Still cannot find the greek guy. And how does a greek guy meet up and merge with an Indian guy with an address in California but registered his CPA license in Delaware (such an obscure state), using a mail box rental in DE.

Add spatawhatever and Pinaki only having one client as of 3/31/2015 and filing their annual report late every year with the PCAOB.........
