Hong Kong and Seychelles are becoming popular places now to set up nominee accounts in these pump&dump tickers.

You still see the occasional Nevis, Belize, Marshall Islands, Bahamas, Swiss, and even Panamanian entities, but its becoming far more common to see Hong Kong and Seychelles entities in newer S-1 future paid promotion set-ups.
