All of the sudden, Paul parrots something that I questioned MONTHS ago - and now VTCQ is going to add nicotine products into VTCQ umbrella to make VTCQ more attractive to future prospective buyers.

Weren't you saying within the past month that nicotine would be at least 6 months away, then your partner in crime says nicotine is ready to be launched early January. How is that possible if they haven't put any money into R&D for the development of a nicotine product.
