Have you ever heard of any organisation anywhere in the world that has to robustly defend itself against an ANONYMOUS article.?

No but then again I've never seen a NASDAQ listed company so unresponsive to shareholders and so covert in all of their actions. Some of these allegations have been festering for years, and if the company operated openly and transparently they wouldn't be in this position now.

this hurts you and I through expensive investor dilution with very unsavoury investors.

90% of the dilution has been to Cognate and I would blame Managements actions for the low share price, not the shorts. The Management Team has continually laid forth expectations and guidance that they have failed to meet. That's okay with me because sh*t happens in biotech, but not to address or update the shareholders is poor business practice. It's like when you're siting on an airplane that isn't moving and you get angrier and angrier because nobody is telling you what is going on, and how that same situation is so much different when you have a responsive pilot that tells you exactly what's happening even if you sit for the same length of time.
