Wait a minute. You know that LP tried to follow NW's requirement by working with ONDRA, but this conflict came out, perhaps a day too late. ONDRA obtained some confidential documents that NWBO wants back. That is ONDRA's fault. NWBO can't catch every opposing conflict at every second, that's why they have to sign those nondisclosure/confidentiality documents and admit any conflicts.
