The simple answer is there is a massive undeclared short as you pointed out. The new issue at $2.00 is done period and I hear there are still inquiries from institutional investors who would take more of the $2.,00 issue if they pass the smell test and if ANY would give it to them. What is that rule- know your client. I wil let things unfold as they will and sooner than later. I was a buyer again today.
