What was being talked about is Ntephe's failure to respond to shareholder questions, face to face when there are often years that pass between meetings. The last shareholder meeting was over 3 years ago and there have only been two in the last 6 years. And only one that allowed a vote on directors and this upcoming one won't.
It's fine for anyone to make excuses for an MIA CEO but I won't do it. Shareholders are the lifeline for small exploration companies and Ntephe has failed miserably in making that connection. That is why the rights offering failed and that is why the toxic convertibles happened. Anyone not seeing that isn't looking.
