Title King, LLC, which is owned by NECA, is looking to open a franchise of stores in Georgia to provide short term title loans to local consumers, while generating cash flow from interest on these loans.

A title loan is a quick and convenient way for individuals who own their car or motorcycle to get cash through short term loans. Getting a title loan, or title pawn, is simple as long as the owner owns the car or motorcycle, and is lien-free, an individual can use it as collateral to get the cash for whatever short term needs they may have.

Some of the main players in the title loan business are TMX Finance, which is headquartered in Savannah, Ga., is the title-lending industry's biggest player, operating nearly 1,500 stores in 18 states as TitleMax. Other brands it sells under include TitleBucks, EquityAuto Loan and InstaLoan. It has more than 4,300 employees nationwide.

Community Loans of America: The privately held Atlanta-based company was founded in 1994 and operates across the South and Midwest under nameplates that include Carolina Payday Loans, Illinois Title Loans and Fast Auto Loans. It has 1,800 employees and more than 200 locations.

Select Management Resources. Established in 1998 by former executives of Community Loans of America, this Georgia-based private business operates under names that include Atlanta Title Loans, LoanMax and North American Title Loans, with 200 loan offices nationwide.

The Company recently regained 'current' status with OTC Markets, and is expected to provide an update on its planned launch of title loan operations in the very near future.

As of Dec. 2015, the Company had around 680 million shares issued and outstanding, or a market cap of just $340,000 at a price of $0.0005 per share.
