It's important that the FBI figure out exactly what triggered this individual and his wife to go on their rampage.

The FBI is investigating it like it was an act of terrorism. That has already been reported.

This isn't one of your cookie cutter mass shootings. He obviously had it in for his coworkers and his wife went along as well.

Believe it or not we need to find out the psychology of what triggered this guy to act. That may be hard for some people to comprehend.
