Closed long term bond fund in 457 plan tuesday effective the next business day, yesterday. Run by pimco the cadillac of bond funds. I dont think rates will edge up too far as the markets continue to catch the news of higher umemployment and lower cumsumer related earnings. Amazing how they cant see through the smoke screens.
I closed for technical reasons only and would re-open with small amounts beginning in August. We'll see.
