Banco Vida Agreement

On August 17, 2015, the Company received a notice of termination from Banco Vida with regards to both the Tissue Agreement and the Storage and Processing Agreement between the two companies, effective February 2016. The Company is currently in discussions with Banco Vida with the intention of creating a new agreement. If the agreements are terminated, revenue from storage and processing as well as the supply of tissue related products will be negatively impacted in 2016 unless the Company finds alternative or replacement sources.
