They had a flimsy product that would break if worn on the back in 08 and it had a plastic tab to turn it on that frankly was to easy to lose. It was also hard to put into the device. The sales were bad and I'm sure there weren't many repeat customers. Then I suggested putting a plastic cap over the device to protect it and change the plastic tab to a switch of some sort. Well, They added the cap but liked the plastic tab so the product improved but still wasn't there yet. I and many others, I'm sure, complained over and over about the tab so finally they changed it to a button. NOW they are building customer loyalty. The product in my opinion is first class and people using it are noticing that. Sales are starting to reflect the product improvements and will continue to as word spreads, IMHO.
