Toxic Debt now the first thing I check
You make a lot of sense.
Whenever I hear about a fast mover, the first thing I do is check the most recent filing for toxic debt. If there is any, then that raises an immediate red flag.
Maybe BIEL will get its FDA approval and a $50M license, but what if that happens when there are 12B - 15B outstanding shares (or a 1:100 reverse from that same number) and still $9M in notes on the books plus $25M plus in accumulated deficit?
Good luck to you in your trading as well!
