Janice,you have to put the Dynkowski situation in proper
perspective when you say he got away,most people dont know
that he was arrested a total of 3 times in a 15 month time frame,
and twice by the same agency and the last 2 times he was arrested
he was already a no show in some of his Delaware mandatory court appearance...I mean a red flag flight risk was almost being begged to get out....
considering he was getting into the shell game when he left L.A,if there is a ring in Poland,i am sure he found it by now...
