I don't think Urban went into this with the intent to run a scam.

Oh, I think he did. Practically his first act as CEO was to gift a lot of stock to his many relatives, and some associates. And CMKX wasn't his first scam. It was just the most elaborate. I agree that he had some help from Edwards and Turino. They set him up with the shell, and told him what to do, but he knew the scheme was illegal, and willingly participated.

Finally I doubt many of the Seracians would have bought into CMKX if we had known Turino & Edwards were involved at all.

Really? Some of us did know it was the successor scam to PCBM as early as late 2002, which is to say the moment Slurp and other familiar people began to pump it.
