Why are you force this BS? If (IF) R-IT will be stopped @interim the equity will be still negative. Do you really think that the market will ignore the study result? Top of it: to get a positive equity, it will take quarters (since it will be app. minus $150-160M @ interim) meanwhile the company will be bottom line positive (both P&L and CF).

They could reach a positive equity by dilution immediately, but I do not think this (type of positive equity) will help a PPS, meanwhile it will be positive equity .... Or do you think?
