Agree on all your points except for NCE. Something does not smell right about it - I'm not even saying that it's something bad but there's a lot more to it than we're led to believe. The fact that those two docs were posted nearly at the same time and are sealed, leads me to believe that some sort of a deal has been made - NO CLUE WHAT THOUGH. I understand that the start date cannot be changed because of a congressional mandate but government makes deals all the time. I'm not saying that's what it is but it's definitely something we don't know about. Perhaps FDA attempted to give 2015-2020 and Watson are putting their foot down and are likely to prevail? And it's sealed per AMRN's request.
