You are right: YES. All BO offers were (and will be) based on company's projected value (by the bidder) and weren't (won't be) based on PPS. Please note: meanwhile private companies do not have a PPS they were BO'd ... The PPS before interim regarding the BO offer is irrelevant. It will show one thing only: how was the market correct.

The answer: much better (feeling) to wait for the offer @20 than @2 ... I do not have a crystal ball and I did not see any valuation by potential buyer, but I am "sure" the real value (w successful R-IT) is much higher than $20.
