There is no proof that this deal is done. There is no positive re enforcement from Marc. Nothing has been told about the structure of the deal nor how if any it will help the shareholders. In fact what will it actually do for the company as a whole.

they just keep racking up debt until they sell something off.

but the shareholders... what do they get? a pps of .05 lol really that is something to crow about?
