According to EDGAR Silver Dragon Resources Inc. has not filed a FORM 10 to reregister with the SEC. The company's stock registration was revoked on June 19,2019.

So, unless the company plans to reregister with the SEC the company shall remain a private company.

Yes the odds..! Playing the odds is what it is all about IMO..! Of course they do not always win because nobody does.. R43..FDA has not communicated with Marc in a very long time since selling all shares @ around .03cents ......however we may be seeing another opportunity to buy in here again....??? if the Dragon starts trading again..and if the price of silver itself starts perking up which is way over due IMO..! FYI Uzzy...Marc communicated to FDA several years ago that Dadi would be his flagship mine @ Sino-Top after meeting with a trusted geologist who he met at the site itself in China before buying inn ... ! Turns out the geologist was very right! Wrong again >> "He bled company dry" ?? Marc invested some of his own personal funds some time back into his company when it would have been just as easy to have walked away ...& leave shareholders holding the bag..! Marc's stock value at one time when share price exceeded $2 was 40mil+! Third wrong.. any investor who can't see silver mining share prices are suppressed ...at least due in some part to corruption at the Comex really has no clue what they are talking about...
