Antitrust lawsuit against Momenta.

I saw that part—the question is what behavior by NVS/MNTA is alleged to be an antitrust violation.

If AMPH’s allegation is that NVS/MNTA’s obtaining a preliminary injunction in Oct 2011 constitutes an antitrust violation, then this new lawsuit may be a signal that AMPH expects to lose the Lovenox patent case.
