Sorry but there is no point in TCEL itself putting out a fake PR !!!!! and with in hours putting out a PR stating it was not there PR. and if you were doing it to running up the stock for some unknown reason wouldn't you wait until it was at 1-3 cent with 1-2 billion traded. Where there would be at lest millions i money to be made.
But that is not what happen !!!! and for the amount that was likely made in profit i can see why TCEL itself would do this. There are other ways to get that amount of money with out braking the rules at all.
Sorry but some of you are not thinking in terms of real !!!! and who may have done this !!!
