Is the sec in charge of enforcing such things? I mentioned a while back about class action lawsuit. Can the lack of disclosure be the basis of a class action lawsuit. The reason I even brought it up initially was that there in a class action suit being pursued in another company in this industry. I guess not so far out of the realm of possibility.
